Safer Movement. Greater Independence.

Staying active is one of the most effective ways seniors can support balance, strength, mood, and long-term independence. But for many seniors, maintaining a consistent routine can be difficult—especially when they’re exercising alone or worried about falling. Our exercise service helps seniors stay active in a way that feels safe, manageable, and part of their routine.
Our caregivers support clients through light, guided activities tailored to their comfort level and abilities. This isn’t physical therapy, and we don’t prescribe exercises. We assist with walking, stretching, range-of-motion activities, balance practice, and any exercises recommended by a doctor or therapist.
The goal is simple: keep seniors moving safely, so they can stay strong and independent longer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do your caregivers create exercise programs?
No. We don’t prescribe or design exercise programs. That’s the role of a physical therapist or physician. What we do is encourage movement, assist with walking, support stretching routines, and help clients safely practice any exercises their doctor or therapist has recommended.
What if a client has mobility limitations?
We’ll work with whatever level of ability the client has. Seated exercises, gentle stretching, and supervised standing practice are all valuable and appropriate. Our caregivers assess comfort and safety throughout and never push beyond what’s safe.
Is this a replacement for physical therapy?
No. This is not physical therapy, and our caregivers are not therapists. Think of it as supported daily movement between therapy sessions or assistance for clients who just need help staying active safely.
