Personal Care

When daily tasks like bathing, getting dressed, or getting in and out of a chair become difficult, having the right support at home makes all the difference. Our personal care service helps seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and safety while staying in the place they’re most comfortable.

Our personal caregivers assist with bathing, showering, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, dressing, transfers, walking assistance, and eating support. Every task is done with patience, respect for privacy, and an understanding that this is the client’s home—not ours. We don’t rush through tasks. Instead, we provide care at a pace that feels comfortable, with attention to established routines and personal preferences, because how care is provided is just as important as what care is provided.

How It Works

Wondering how to get started? Our process is straightforward. Just follow these three simple steps:

In-Home Consultation

We'll come to the client's home to meet them and learn more about their needs. Then we'll create a personalized care plan tailored to their routine, preferences, and level of support. We'll also walk through pricing and answer any questions.

Caregiver Matching

Once the plan is approved, we'll thoughtfully match the client with a dedicated caregiver team based on their needs and preferences, with a focus on personality fit — not just caregiver availability.

Benefits of Personal Care

Our in-home personal care service makes daily life easier and more manageable for seniors. Here are some of the key ways it benefits them.

Supports Aging in Place

With the right level of support, staying at home becomes a safe and realistic option. Our personal care service reduces the need for assisted living by providing consistent, hands-on support that makes aging in place a sustainable, long-term solution.

Dignity and Privacy First

Personal care involves sensitive tasks, and how they’re handled matters. Our personal caregivers respect each client’s privacy, modesty, and preferences, ensuring that every interaction feels comfortable, dignified, and aligned with their expectations.

Reduced Risk of Falls and Injuries

Daily activities like bathing and moving around the home can carry real risks. Our caregivers are trained to provide attentive support during these moments, helping reduce the chance of falls and injuries so our clients remain safe and confident at home.

Consistent Caregiver Support

Familiar faces have a real impact on how care is experienced. We assign each client a dedicated care team, ensuring they’re supported by personal caregivers who understand their needs and help each visit feel comfortable, predictable, and easy to manage.

Relief and Peace of Mind for Families

When care is handled by a trained caregiver, family members are able to step back from physically demanding tasks. That shift allows them to spend more meaningful time with their loved ones, without the constant pressure of managing every aspect of care.

Care Plans Built Around the Individual

No two people need the same level of support. Our personal care service is tailored to each client’s unique needs and adjusts over time, ensuring the care we provide continues to match their abilities, preferences, and daily routines as things change.

Yes. Every caregiver on our personal care team is trained in safe transfer techniques, gait belt use, fall prevention, body mechanics, bathing and toileting dignity practices, and dementia support. Many of our caregivers are CNA certified.

That’s completely normal, and we take it seriously. We go at the client’s pace, respect their boundaries, and always prioritize their comfort. We also do our best to match caregivers by gender preference when requested. Over time, as trust builds with a consistent caregiver, most clients become much more comfortable.

Our standard minimum is 3 hours per visit. For existing recurring clients, we offer a 2-hour quick visit option at a flat rate.

No. Our caregivers provide medication reminders only, meaning they’ll remind clients that it’s time to take their medication. We do not open pill bottles, sort pills, fill pill boxes, or physically hand medications to clients. If your a client needs help beyond reminders, we can help connect them with the right resources.
