From the Doctor’s Office to the Grocery Store—and Everything in Between
Get startedTransportation
Getting to a doctor’s appointment, picking up a prescription, or grabbing some groceries shouldn’t require a complicated plan. Our transportation service helps seniors stay connected to their community and keep up with essential routines without depending on family members for every ride.
Our caregivers provide safe, reliable transportation to medical appointments, pharmacies, grocery stores, and other approved destinations. But we don’t just drive. We accompany clients inside—assisting with mobility, helping them get in and out of the home, carrying bags, and making sure the entire outing is safe and comfortable from door to door.
Unlike a typical transportation service, rides are always provided by a caregiver the client already knows and trusts. There are no unfamiliar drivers or one-time interactions—just consistent, supportive care that makes it easier to get out of the house.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can caregivers drive clients?
Caregivers can drive clients anywhere listed on the care plan, which typically includes doctor’s appointments, pharmacy trips, grocery shopping, errands, and other approved destinations. Any unplanned trips need to be approved by our office first.
Does the caregiver stay with clients during appointments?
Yes. Our caregivers provide full accompaniment, not just transportation. They help clients one get inside, wait with them, and help with any mobility needs throughout the outing.
How is transportation billed?
If the caregiver uses their own vehicle, you’re billed the normal hourly rate for their time plus mileage at the current IRS rate. If the client’s vehicle is used, you’re billed only for the caregiver’s time. Transportation details are always included in the care plan, so there are no billing surprises.
Are your drivers insured?
Yes. All caregivers providing transportation are required to have personal auto insurance, and the agency carries hired and non-owned auto insurance that specifically covers caregiver transportation of clients.
